When business takes over innovation

Facebook is doing what Samsung did with the iPhone and Microsoft with the iPod by cloning Snapchat instead of innovating. Their huge product development division couldn’t come up with anything better than the ability to post a job on Facebook, unbelievable. I remember in 2007 I was spending more time on Myspace than Facebook because Facebook wanted to be unique by not allowing users to change their profile background or play music on their site, and few years down the road Facebook became a giant with a unique DNA and Myspace.. well you need to ask Viacom and Rupert Murdoch. Why now they have decided to sort of lose their uniqueness not only on Facebook but Instagram and WhatsApp as well? Simple, getting criticized yes but by slowing down Snapchat new users acquisition, by making sure that anyone already on Facebook, Instagram and WhatsApp with all their friends , connects and family will have no need to create a profile on Snapchat because they will have access to stories and AR(augmented reality) right on all 3 Facebook Inc platform. Goliath using David sling and stone to defeat David…. well may be that is what Goliath should have done during that social battle event in the ninth century BC, that was like Social Media back then.
